Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

hope you had a good afternoon. sounds like boy worries had gotten you down a bit. did the cut and color perk you up?

I got my hair done Friday afternoon too -- color and cut.


Did you do anything different with your hair -- shorter? different color?


A little beauty pampering always feels good -- had my eyebrows and face waxed too -- lip area and chin.

Hope today goes better for you and you have a chance to talk with this guy and see what is going on.


The team in training sounds like a huge commitment --and as you said with all your training you should be fine to run a 1/2 marathon on your own -- have you checked to see if there are any runner's groups in your area -- maybe that could help provide extra support without breaking the bank.

hey, jess. sorry about the guy. how was his spin on it?

hope you got in all the prep time you needed last night. it stinks to bring work home (but i'm one to talk!). i'm working on a deadline myself and cutting it close. a big report due tomorrow afternoon. i've carved out the whole day today to write.
