Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

kudos to you taking salad to the night in! were you able to stop at one slice pizza? that can be tough if the pie's a good one. ;-)
my food temptation was mexican yesterday, but i survived. got fajitas, skipped the rice & tortillas, and had just a couple bites of the beans. and went light on the chips. indulged, but didn't stuff myself. felt good to make sensible choices yet still enjoy one of my favorite foods.

My hubbies menu yesterday, LOL 2 biscuits, and 2 tenderloin, and gravy, coke, a bunch of taffy from the beach, coke, water, no lunch, then dinner a HUGE baked potato with 1/2 stick of real butter, grilled chicken, the biggest piece of course, and 3 pieces of homemade bread, and coke. Kinda not dieting can you say. LOL. I did real well though. ANd then when we mowed, I pushed mowed and rode the lawnmower. Backwards, huh/ But I like the exercise.
Anyway enough rambling, Have a great monday, and thanks for posting in my journal....
