Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

In LAWL news, I lost 1.8 lbs from yesterday to today, and that's without being good on water and without exercising a lick and with eating tacos and cake!!

Glad you were able to enjoy a long weekend and get that nice bike ride in.


Congrats on your 8.5 mile run -- I'm still very very slowly building up my fitness level and when I do intervals I can run/jog at a 10 mile minute pace for about a minute or so then need to slow down.


Hope your Wednesday is off to a good start. Late start here today --overslept and DH missed his train by about 2 minutes -- ended up driving him into the city -- made it to his office in about 70 minutes -so not bad at all -- probably got him there earlier than if he took the train --starving when I got home at 11 -- so just had a Frozen Entree for brunch -- Tuna noodle gratin -- YUM.
