Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

hi, jess! very smart idea going back to your log to see what you were doing when you were more toned. repeating what brought you success the first time around can be a very effective strategy. but you're hedging your bets by keeping the pilates, too, *and* adding in another spinning session.
hope things slow down a bit for you. but i guess that's slim to none, right -- i can't believe the holidays are right around the corner . . .

hey, jess. how's the back-to-basics plan going? sounds like just the right approach.
hard to stay on track when life gets so hectic and crazy, though. four men to juggle -- whoa! any chance work will be settling down soon?

hey, jess. good job weeding out the snacky stuff. easy to get attached to, difficult to give up . . . devious! ;-) sounds like you're subbing healthier munchies like string cheese -- great tactic.
i'm gone to a conference this week. nearly all the meals are provided at working lunches, receptions, etc., so i just have to focus on picking the good stuff and eating in moderation. tonight's the open bar reception, though, so that'll be the trickiest to navigate. i can't let my defenses down after a couple glasses of wine. i'm going to have a light balanced snack before i go -- fruit and yogurt -- so that should keep me on track easier.

Hey all...
Boy, I can't believe it's been a week since I posted. I am SO sorry.
Anyway, work really picked up on several fronts. And again, can't really post from work anymore.

sorry about your heel, jess. how did it go with the specialist?
so what's your plan of attack to get to the 175-180 range? staying strict by sticking to the basics? picking up extra cardio? how've you had to modify your workouts since your heel's been acting up? just full of questions, aren't i? ;-)
