Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

glad you got in to the pool, jess. what are you up to today? hope you're enjoying your saturday. anything fun lined up for tonight?

the boys and i are getting ready to go to the gym. ds can go to the kid kare (he *loves* it!) while dh & i work out. it's been a while since we've worked out together. i'm looking forward to it. i'm also still getting oriented to the gym, since we just joined. excited about having lots of new options in the exercise dept!

tonight, dh & i are going on a date -- a concert. probably out for dinner first. what to eat . . . hmmmm.

hi, jess. how did the pre-game dinner work out as a nix for the game snacks? hope you had fun regardless.

is the arc trainer any better on your heel than the elliptical? i've no idea since i've never been in that predicament myself. i tried one out for the first time yesterday, though, at the gym. it was cool. really felt it in my thighs, but not a bit in the knees. nice!

well, i'm tired of being pudgy, so i've laid some new ground rules for myself. saw you posted some goals of your own. thanks for posting. and best to us both on sticking with it! i'm hoping to see a slimmer mel by the new year. then keep right on working for better tone after some of the fat's off . . .
