Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Nope, Diurex hasn't helped me yet! Still feeling sausage fingered. It almost hurts!

But I was down to 189.2 today, despite the bloat. Water is still really freakin' high. It's quite amazing. My goal is to guzzle two liters of water before bed, on top of the 1L+ I've already drank today. And...I have to go take another Diurex. :)

Went shopping for a few minutes today and bought new pants at the Gap. Still in 12s there (tried on 14s and they were ridiculously huge on me), so that's comforting. Even at my thinnest, I was wearing Gap 12s. I would just like them to be a little less "fitted" than they are right now. :)

Made a thai style meatloaf for my parents last night, and it was delicious. I used ground turkey (93% lean) and added a whole bunch of veggies and used rice as the binder instead of breadcrumbs (dad is gluten-free). Fish sauce and thai seasonings really made it flavorful. My dad asked for the recipe! I served it with plain jasmine rice and wilted spinach. Dessert was a pint of Haagen Daaz "Caramelized Pear and Toasted Pecan" ice cream. OMG, so delicious. ANd split between three people, we actually ALMOST stayed true to one serving each! Eating leftover spinach and meatloaf as I type!

Busy busy busy weekend here, and a busy week ahead. Hope to keep caught up in the meantime!

Well, still a bloated whale.


The nerd scale shows the water percentage dropping sloooowly, and my bodyfat rising sloooowly in accordance with that.

I have taken the Hip Hop class before, yep. I learned a whole choreographed routine to Kanye West's "Stronger." I've also learned dances to some Beyonce songs. :) It's not a workout for me at ALL, but it's fun, and I could use help with dancing a little better.

But I didn't go tonight. Class started at 5:30 and I didn't get out of PT until 5:30. And my heel was hurting--we get more and more aggressive with it as the visits go on. So, instead, I came home and made a pumpkin/cauliflower/goat cheese casserole I meant to make MONTHS ago. As in, using up a pumpkin I bought for Halloween. It just came out of the oven, and it's actually not bad! Anyway, leftovers for the weekend. I just need some time at home, and I needed a rest day from the gym. I've gone every day since Saturday, and I'll be going every day from tomorrow through to next Friday, probably. They say you actually DO need rest. So there we go.
