Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Just got back from shopping, and it wasn't so bad!

I only went to Kohl's, Ross, and Dress Barn, and they were all in the same very-local shopping center. I couldn't find even ONE dress at Kohl's, so I got some new panties (only size Large!) and shower curtain rings. Exciting! Then i went to Ross and I tried on about 6 dresses, in sizes 14 (!!) and 16. All of 'em fit! But I didn't like any of them. Then I ventured to Dress Barn, where I've never been before. I tried on about 8 dresses there, also in 14 and 16. And they all fit, too! These weren't 14W or anything, just 14. Zippers and non-stretch material. I couldn't believe it. (And my new size 16 jeans are getting loose! HA!)

So, anyway, that was a good learning experience for me. I think I'm solidly a size 15. :) But really, I'm a 14 in most stuff. Amazing. I was buying 20 and 22 over the earlier part of the summer.

Didn't buy anything, but now I've figured out what I'm wearing to next weekend's events based on what's already in my closet. (The problem with the dresses is that I would also need new shoes! And I don't have that much money!)

I tried on my new bra with the dress I bought back in August, and holy smokes, I looked GOOD. The bra made all the difference. With the Spanx hose I bought last week, I am gonna be SMOKIN' at this wedding. (And yes, the dress is actually a little too big in the waist, but it still looks rockin'.)

So, good day! I might go blow off the paper by seeing a movie. we'll see!

Yep, size 14! I ended up shopping more today, and my Visa is smoking. (And really, I can't afford it, but....) I tried on an XL dress at Macy's, NOT in the plus size area, and it fit. In fact, it's gorgeous on me. 100 % pure silk wrap dress, 1/2 price. I got it. Then there was another shirt that looked fantastic on me. And then we went to Marshall's and this $149 wrap dress was marked down and down and down to $22. And it fit great, too! I got it! The GAP (where I haven't shopped since high school) had a wool/alpaca sweater in a beautiful shade of blue...for $7! And a cute little newsboy cap, which looks absolutely adorable on me (and I have a hard time with hats--my head is HUGE and gets very cold in winter). And I needed a bag for my friend's wedding, something big enough to hold my camera and everything else but appropriate for a formal wedding. Got it!

Anyway, I went a little nutty, but wow, I got some good stuff, and wow, I am definitely sure that I'm a 14 now. (Though 16 still fits great, too.) I measured myself this AM and my bust is what's keeping me at 16-ish, but my waist is a 12. Woo!

Didn't see the movie....ended up staying in and doing some decorating and got sucked into online stuff. :)

Good day today. Slept in, weighed myself--198.6! Worked out really well--I haven't been able to do my "conditioning run" since I was sick (when I was up to 27 minutes nonstop), so I just do a mile now and then work on sprint intervals...and today, I did hill intervals, too, walking. Woo, my legs hurt now! Then I chilled out til I went shopping with my friend. We had FUN!!!

Now I'm home and gettin' ready for bed.

Oh, menu:

B: none, sleeping
L: sweet potato, baked, salmon, apple
D: at Ruby Tuesday's: turkey burger, with mustard and nothing else, 1/2 the bun, broccoli instead of fries, and one trip to the salad bar.

I'm missing some fruits and stuff, but I feel fine.

G'night!

I'm so glad I'll be home by Wednesay to see your weigh in! Tis one is going to be incredible.

You're shopping experience was making me drool! You found some great deals. Just say "buh bye" to the 16s. No need to go there ever again!

Oh, I don't expect much from weigh in this week. For some reason, when my weight ends in 'nine', I stall for a week or two. It happened at 229, 219, and 209. So, it'll probably happen at 199! I still seem to lose 10 lbs a month, just one pound here, one pound there, and 6 pounds a week later!! And this week is PMS and TOM, so...I don't expect much.

Back up to 199.8 this AM. Booo!

Dresses are still a lovely sight to behold, even when I consider the damage to my credit limit. But they're worth it.

Good workout today--took it easy a LITTLE bit, cuz I've worked out every day since Wednesday!

Phew!

I was up a smidge on Monday, like I always seem to be on Mondays, no matter what I do/did on Sunday. (Weird.) I'm expecting my TOM tomorrow, so I wasn't really thinking I'd do anything spectacular this week anyway, but I'd still like to see some movement! Anyway, I'm back down to my lowest weight, 198.6, this morning. I'd LOVE to see 197+ tomorrow, since tomorrow is weigh in. I was 202.6 last week officially, so it'd be cool to see 200+ on their scale.....or lower! Yay! I need to remind them to give me my gold star for 50 lbs--she forgot to do it last week.

Normal ol' day today. Workin', then workin' out, then getting a haircut and doing some shopping.

Red plan, no lites:
B: egg whites, ww pita, lite cranberry juice
sn: apple
L: salad with chicken and a string cheese, ww pita
sn: apple
D: either chicken or salmon, ww pasta, mashed rutabaga/turnip, yogurt
workout: probably a run!
