Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Yes, I have a date, and he's very tall! Yay! I'm actually talking to another guy who's 6'6" and another one who's 6'8"! That might be excessive, both in height and in the number of men. I only need one, but I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket. But I have a good feeling about Mr. Friday Night.
Well, y'all got to me--I went to the gym. Did a really hard elliptical workout for 60 minutes at level 10, alternating between forward and backward. Burned about 900 doing that. Then I ran half a mile, walked another half a mile, then cooled down. Now I'm exhausted! Gonna sleep great tonight!
(And I hope I see happiness on the scale tomorrow.)

Just got all caught up on your journal and i have to say you DO have a very interesting one! You HAVE come a long way! Congratulations on hitting that UNDER 200 mark, you GO, girl! I'm not sure if i've had the chance to talk to you, but in case i haven't, it's taken me awhile to catch up to everyone in here (still a LOT of them to go!). I'm VERRRY impressed with all you've done in your weight loss efforts, and i hope your date with Mr. Friday Night turns out well for you. You are truly an inspiration to me to keep on keepin' on in my own weight loss efforts; sometimes it seems like it would be sooo easy just to eat that brownie or that whole bag of Doritos! And then i come here & read ppl's journals, like yours, and it gives me hope & the determination to keep after it.
You have a great night out & i know you'll be stunning in that new outfit!

Aw, thanks Kimmi. These journals are really helpful, both for the person posting and for the people reading! Like, when I had Wren and Marg and other encouraging me to go to the gym even though I didn't want to, I felt like I had motivation to do it. Hey, take the motivation where you can get it, right? :)
I've been swamped with school stuff lately, but I'm hoping to catch up on everyone else's journals very soon!

Start date: 7/5/06
Start weight: 253.6
Current weight at 22 weeks: 199.2.
Bodyfat was about 39%, is now 32.5%. (I don't think this is accurate in terms of actual percentage, but since I've consistently used the same tester, it at least shows that I've lost 6.5% bodyfat.)
Lost 32 inches.
Lost 22% of my original weight.
