Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Just me throwing stuff into a wok!
No tofu--the soy protein gives me horrible intestinal pain and worse!
I wanted 193 today, got 195.0 instead. Working on more water while in the workshop and brought my lunch. Still not decided on weighing in tonight or tomorrow.
Hey, 195 is a great number! But if tomorrow works better for you anyhow, well then i'd say wait the extra day and maybe you'll see 193 tomorrow. Soy sauce is high in sodium as well, so you're probably just retaining.

oh, i'm sorry, jess! my bad -- i should've remembered that problem with soy you have. but some chicken would be yum in there, i am sure! i personally prefer meat, but tofu is so convenient. my milk/egg allergic son relies a lot on soy products, so i use them a lot in my household, but i know it is a highly allergenic product. so sorry to have raised that! just thoughtless of me!
regardless, that dish sounded terrific. great creation, jess! you are quite the cook yourself!

I knew that I'd overeaten at lunch, so I was trying to really keep it light at dinner. I know I probably should have still had some protein, but overall, I was more interesting in cutting calories and getting some good veggies in me.
Hopefully, I didn't use too much soy (I swear I didn't), so the weigh in won't be so bad. I haven't heard from my friend despite repeated attempts, so I'm just going to go home and do my weigh in as usual. I really REALLY need to work on this paper, too!
Swimming tonight, possibly. Yay!
Weigh in was good! i lost 2.8 this week, total down 57.2! Now at 196.4 officially. Goal is 170.
She asked if I had my "before" pic all ready, since I'm getting close. And then she said they'll probably ask me to be in a commercial, since I've lost so much so quickly. She encouraged me to do it because you get a free makeover. I know you guys joked about it, but she seemed pretty serious. I'll have to get more info about it, IF they actually ask me. Ha!
Just had a nice dinner, now digesting it before going swimming tonight. Yay!

Congratulations on the loss!
And I bet they'll give you more than just a makeover. I'm sure there's free product thrown in as well. Although "just" a makeover would be too cool! And besides, it would sort of be like your victory lap. And you deserve it! AND... maybe you'll be there and the photographer will be a hottie and start drooling over you. This could be fate, I tell ya! :)

HA! Wouldn't it be funny if the photographer and I fell in love and lived happily ever after? I DID join so I'd be more attractive to the opposite sex, it's true!
I've been stuck in the 194.5-195 range all week. Ready to move off THIS plateau and onto the low 190's. I would LOVE to see 190 on my scale by Wednesday. (And 189 by 12/25!)
Just got MOST of my Christmas shopping done. I think I'll do the rest on Tuesday next week, when I have off for the day. I'm all stressed about writing my final paper for my class, and then immediately after that, having to write up the formal proposal for my thesis. Blech.
My friend's birthday is tonight. I have to pick up her present on the way home, then hit the gym, get cleaned up, and go back out to celebrate.

You'll hit your goal, you always do! You've been hitting these mini plateaus lately, but then you drop quite a bit and all is well. So you're going to be just fine.
