Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Jess,
Great job hitting the 180's! That is awesome! I am hoping to be there next week! We'll see!
Have a great new years!
Shaye
OK, how dorky am I??? I'll tell you... I'm ready your post and when you said that you forgot your HRM I'm going "Nooooo!!!" Then I'm thinking, "Did she check her resting HR?" and you answer :) Then you bring it to the gym and I'm wondering how high did you get it, and you answer :) So I'm pretty dorky. ***sigh***
And congrats on the new low! Your goal is right around the corner!
Happy New Year!
Jacqui
Ah, but I didn't actually get my TRUE resting heart rate yet. And I haven't done my max test yet. :) But I'm glad you're "into" my HRM news!! YAY! I love being a fitness dork!
Back up a lb or two today, I had a beer last night and a larger serving of Indian food than i should have. And some peanut M&Ms. But all I'd had before during the day was sweet potato, egg whites, reduced fat peanut butter, and an apple. So, not terrible. Just salt.
No workout today. I worked out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and I'll be there tomorrow. So, taking a day off, sitting in PJ pants! Yay!
My next official LAWL goal is to get to 184. That'll be the point where my body mass index is no longer "overweight" but is "normal." That'll be a big day! I'll see it in mid January, I think.
And then, that's the last mini goal before my big main goal of 170!
Happy New Year!
Jess
Jess, you have met EVERY goal you've set for yourself! You deserve a pat on the back for that one :)
How's Mr. 6'8"?
Jacqui
Jess, that is so awesome! I can't wait to see the 188 on my scale.... WOO HOO! That will be divine! Of course I am 5'2" not 6'0" so there is a big difference for me, but for you that is fantastic to have a normal BMI. Awesome! Good for you!
Glad to hear things are going well with Mr. 6'8". Hey, Valentine's Day is right around the corner..... *wink* Maybe cupid will poke you both in the cheek! :-)
Anyway, congrats!
Julie
Ha! You guys crack me up! Thanks to you all.
Things are going well with Mr. 6'8". We had another date this weekend, and it went nicely. Talking regularly, all that. I'm waiting to hear from him tonight to see if he wants to hang out this coming weekend. I'm not sure where it's all heading, if anywhere, but it's fun for now. (Trying to guard my heart, though, b/c I just have that feeling....)
190.0 this AM. I would normally be weighing in Wednesdays, but I think I'm going to go tomorrow instead. I want to give it one more day for some water weight to come back off. I was a little naughty here and there over the weekend. (And I loved it.)
Yep, 183 is the next goal (adjusted--184 is still technically "overweight")...I'm hoping to hit that by Jan 31.
Happy Wednesday, friends!
Jess
Jess,
Hope your weigh in tomorrow goes well.
Glad you and Mr. six foot 8 are having fun.
Got to run and make dinner for hubby --he is working a little later tonight.
MARG
MARG
Thanks Marg! Hope dinner was good!
I ran for 40 minutes nonstop tonight, at 5.9! Wheeee! I don't think I even did that as a high school athlete, so whoa! I'm impressed with myself!! Came home and had a nice dinner of salmon with acorn squash and carrots.
Fingers crossed for a morning weight under 190, and a weigh in tomorrow of 190.8! (Shyeah. Right.)
I really need new sneakers...getting blisters now from all the running.
And I really need to be drinking more water...I've gotten off that habit a little, and I can tell. Just the past week, I've been drinking less. I need to drink MORE!
G'nght!
Jess
