Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Nice run, Jess! You've come so far with that!
And definitely get your water in. It really helps with the weight loss. Especially with all that running, your muscles need to rehydrate.
Hope your weigh in goes well!
Jacqui
Yeah, I know, the water is key. I've just been on a different schedule the last week. But I'm back!
Anyway, 190.0 when I got home today, but 191.0 at weigh in. Down 1.8 this week. Not bad.
Jess
You've been very consistant in your weekly losses. And you really haven't slowed as you get closer and closer to goal. That's terrific!
Nite!
Jacqui
Hi Jess!
How've you been? Has Mr. 6'8" been keeping you busy???
Jacqui
Ha!
No, not til tonight, at least. (I think--we made a plan, but now I'm waiting on him to call me back so I know WHEN we're getting together.)
I went shopping last night with my best friend. Tried on more jeans at Old Navy, and I fit in 12s! seriously! They were tight in the thigh, but I was able to close them and would have bought them if I were a little less careful with my money. So I got another pair or two of 14s, and I know that in maybe 2 weeks or something, I'll need 12s. Then i went to NY&CO and tried on 14s and 12s there. Same thing! So, cool. Almost in 12s.
I went to a specialty bra shoppe and got professionally fitted. I'm now a 36D. I'd been a 42DD at my very heaviest (way before starting LAWL this summer), and I was 40DD when i started LA, then maybe 38DD or so the past few months. Well, no more! I got a few nice new bras in my new size, and then I went to Victoria's Secret for their clearance and got a few more. Yay!
So, feeling good.
Was going to do kickboxing this morning, but I didn't see my friend there and did the elliptical instead. (Turns out she WAS there. Oops.) 188.8 this morning. Still stagnating there.
Anyway, getting a pedicure in a little bit--gotta get showered and such. Happy Saturday!
Jess
Jess,
Well, you're overdue for one of your "free falls" so maybe your body is just getting ready for it. OMG, Size 12!!! And a 6' size 12 is like a 5' size 6! In other words, WooHoo!!!
Hope you have a good night tonight. I was thinking of a pedicure today, but I've stalled cleaning the house long enough. Maybe next weekend.
Have a good weekend!
Jacqui
Wow! Good for you! I love pedicures. I am going next Saturday for a one hour pedicure. That is my Christmas gift from Dh, plus I deserve it. I work hard to get healthy, clean the house take care of my girls etc.
Congrats on seeing 188.8 on the scale! YEAH! I dreamed last night about 189.5 and in my dream I nearly fell on the floor! Oh well just a dream. I am stuck at 193 right now. I can't wait to see those 180's. That will really show me I have done it. I have changed my life.
I love reading about your losses. A Size 12 huh? That is amazing! You sure look great. I am so hoping as well to get back down to a 36D. Boy those were the days. I am now a 38DD according the bra lady at Lady Grace. Oh well. You are what you right?
Hope the pedicure was nice and relaxing.
Julie
Yeah, I was pretty excited to be putting on a 12 and having it pretty much fit. Again, it was tight in the thigh, but entirely wearable if I needed to. Now I'm wondering if I should have bought some, just cuz in a few weeks, they'll probably fit. But nah, I'll just go shopping again then! (And I remember that only a month ago, 12s didn't even button...now they button fine!)
And yeah, the new bras are very cool. And new undies that actually fit! pretty nice.
The pedicure was great. My nails looks great, but I DO have new blisters for all the running I've done. Ick.
I had a little bit of off-plan stuff the past day. I went to Mr. 6'8"s place for the night last night. He is a former French chef and made me the most incredible dinner. Brie and roasted garlic on french bread rounds, pumpkin soup, salad with his own vinaigrette, lamb, and roasted root veggies. I brought a dessert of fruit/fat-free pudding/crepes. I ate small portions and hadn't eaten much earlier in the day in anticipation, so it probably wasn't too bad. I also got in a good elliptical workout yesterday. But then we had french toast this morning. Uh oh. I stayed light on starches for the rest of the day, but haven't had much of an opportunity to guzzle the water, and I missed the gym today too. Overall, not bad, but man, was I craving bad stuff today. I really wanted a bag of Doritos and skittles and pizza, but I avoided it all.
So tomorrow is BACK ON PLAN 100% day! 3 liters of water. Salads and fish and chicken. And a run!
Yeah!
Jess
Wow, a former french chef.... nice.
A tall man that can cook dinner AND breakfast. Sounds like a good one.
I am glad you are having fun and enjoying yourself. You so deserve it!
I haven't got on the scale today, but I have a feeling I am down about a pound, and I will go to weigh in tomorrow.
Are you expecting snow where you are? I heard on the news we may get a few flurries on wednesday... but back up to 50 on Friday.
Have a nice 100% On plan day!
Julie
