Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Hey, I've actually got big ol' tatas myself. They're smaller now that I've lost a lot of weight, sure, but proportionally, I'm still a D or DD, depending on the bra maker! So, strap those girls down and work out to your heart's content! (I recommend RoadRunner Sports for good minimizer bras for us busty gals.)

Anyway, you can totally do it!

****

184.4 today. Not sure, but I think that's technically an all-new low? (Was 184.6 on Sunday, right? Must check my records.) I'd LOOOOOOVE to see my 183.8 tomorrow morning--and no longer be "overweight"! My dad's surprise 65th birthday party is on the 24th, and I want to be at about 175 (my scale) by then. That's about 3 weeks away. Think I can? I think I can.

Not sure what my workout will be today, if any. I have some errands I've got to run, and I'm doing laundry tonight instead of tomorrow, since I'm picking up the new kitty tomorrow. Weigh in is also tomorrow, right before I pick up the cat. Maybe I'll leave the kitty at home for an hour to work out tomorrow. (Thursday is usually my rest day, b/c that's my laundry day.) Just thinking out loud, no need to mark this on your calendars, girls!

Anyway, wish me luck for 183 tomorrow. Woo!

Thanks for the lowdown on the sports bras! Are they very expensive?

Looks like you're doing a killer job, Jess, on your weight loss! I think you can make it to 175 by your dad's birthday! As dedicated as YOU ARE?? You betcha! And wishing you that new all-time low of 183.anything!

Have a great day--btw, have you decided what your new kitty's name is yet?

The one I love right now was $40. But it's worth it. If you read back a few weeks here in my journal, you'll see how I wrote of buying a new sports bra at Target and how it wasn't as supportive. No, certainly wasn't. It'd be an okay bra for a bike ride or spinning class or something, but not for running or anything bouncy. (And the reason I'd tried to branch out was because my current bra was chafing my one boob, but that seems to have been an anomoly. I've been fine since.) Anyway, this $40 one really locks 'em in and they really don't move. But it's comfortable. I've had it for months. (I know, I should get a new one.)

I'm up a pound today to 185.4, and I know it's water, but I dont' know why. (I know it's water because my morning pee was kinda short and "eh".) I also haven't had a decent #2 since Tuesday. I'm wishing I'd weighed in yesterday! But anyway, I'll pump the water today and see if I can get a good #2 out, and then weigh in this afternoon. However, the weather is supposed to be nasty, so i might skip the weigh in today and do it sometime tomorrow. (I have the day off.)

The kitty's name is Bell. He's 10, and I don't know how long his name has been Bell, so I'm reluctant to radically change it. I was planning to call him "Belly" instead. Cute, huh? I meet him tonight, and hopefully, it's a match and I get to take him home! (I feel like I'm going out on a date!) (Speaking of, talking to a new guy tonight!)

I'm also in a mad-dash scramble to see about moving into this dream apartment building that's close to work. I've been calling about mid-spring openings and they don't have any, but they DO have a Feb opening. I'm going to try to pull it off, with negotiating pro-rated rents between the new place and my current place, as long as my current landlord doesn't completely hate me leaving her with NO notice. We'll see. (I'm cutting you short on details, but there're too many!)

Well, the apartment's not meant to be. It was in the sister building to the one I want, and that's just too much more money. (It's a little swankier.) BUT, this excitement has kinda lit a fire under my a** so I feel compelled to get the move going. Get it over with and enjoy the rewards of living in a new area, closer to work, etc. I have some emails out to people on Craig's List about a condo building I like that's even a little closer to work, in an even better location!

I just chugged down 1L of water and have 1/2 of a second bottle down the hatch. Gonna finish that 2nd L by lunchtime and work on a third over lunch and into the afternoon. And I'm gonna really try to have a #2! Just ate an apple, hope that plus my lunch will help propel things along.

Depending on the weather, I might even just go to weigh in in my work clothes. Not my norm, but I expect to see a loss on the scale either way, so it'd be okay. Would just make next week's loss all that much better when I go weigh in in my regular weigh in clothes!

More rambling from me later. I need to get down to working today eventually!

Good weigh in today! 187.0! That's down 3.0 exactly from last week. Phew. My goal for next week is 185.0.

I'm tense from bringing the new kitty home. The home I got him from was pretty atrocious, and he's definitely obese. I'll be putting HIM on LA WL next week! But so far, so good. I have cold feet, a little, about having a cat after having no pets other than a fish for so long, but....it's cool.

Anyway, off to bond with Belly! (kitty!)

Forty dollars is only about ten dollars more than what i spend on my regular bras, lol, so that's doable--WHEN dh can afford it! (We girls with serious boobage have to pay more to keep the girls in our own yard, ans not out roving the neighbourhood..:P)

Sounds like things are really looking up for you! GL on your possible new apartment.
I also like "Belly" better than "Bell", at least, for a male cat. (A female cat would be cute with that name, but it still sounds like "Belle", so ...catch what i'm saying?? sounds feminine no matter what, lol....sorry, i'm kind of in a fuddle-minded state right now...

Goodluck on the potty situation, lol, i know it will "pass", :P!
And with the new guy, dont forget...you're a PRINCESS!! :-)...don't let him treat you less than that, either!

Anyway, have a great Friday, ttyl....
