Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Haha, yes, I WAS sleeping in post-party! And working out, and getting groceries before the storm hits, etc.
Anyway, the party was a HUGE success. Like I said, we knew he'd figure out that there was a party pretty quickly, so we had those two rooms of people hiding to help amp up the surprise. It worked! We got him seated and got a glass of wine into his hand, and then we released the first room of surprise folks...and he was surprised!! Then we started the This Is Your Life presentation, where we brought out the third wave of surprise people, like his high school friends and air force friend, etc. He was SO surprised. And people had such nice things to say about him, it was really special.
And for my part: I looked GREAT in my wrap dress, fishnet stockings, and knee-high boots. SO many people complimented me, and many people said I should be a model. And then after I hosted the This Is Your Life thing, people were telling me how great a public speaker I am, how poised, etc. So, good party for ME too!
I ate one plate of food, didn't get a chance to get seconds. I had some green salad, pasta salad, one mini quiche, one slice of ham, and a roast beef sandwich that was absolutely FANTASTIC. Then I had 2 two-bite brownies, a cookie, and some cake. I had two very small glasses of wine and two lite beers. Overall, eating-wise, it could have been A LOT worse. I just didn't get enough water. I was parched as I drove home, but by the time I got home last night, I was so exhausted that I just fell into bed. When I got up this AM, my morning pee was pathetic. Obviously very dehydrated. SO, I will be pumping the water today.
Got a good run in today--3 miles at 6.6. Walked 4.0 incline at 4.2 speed the rest of the time, which I can really feel in my quads and in my rump. Yay!
I'm off to shower and relax the day away. SO nice to have this party totally over with.
*sigh*

Sounds like the party was a great success!
Glad you were able to get some new clothes at NY&Co --I like that their pants come in longs --if I wear heels they fit perfectly for me.
As far as weighing in with your weigh in clothes you can always bring them and change at the center.
How much snow are they predicting for you? Supposed to be snow and sleet here -- and we are headed out to dinner at a relatives --but I think we will make it an early night.

You have earned all of those compliments and more! I am so glad your party was a success.
It's always nice to have someone or some people boost your self esteem that way.
I have a friend that I rarely see, and I went out with her and she just kept telling me how great I was, how pretty, smart etc. And yes she was drunk but it still felt great!
If I worked half as hard as you do, I would be happy.
You have a nice night or H2O drinking and tv watching! The Oscars are on tonight....

The Tall NY&Co pants are great--I'm wearing one of my new pairs of size 12s today with a boot, and the length is just right. Maybe even a little short, but that's okay. They're not floods! I like the basics at that store. I need to make sure I sign up for their mailing list, though. Get myself some coupons. (I already save 15% by being a AAA member!)
We got some snow and some sleet, but I made it out and to work on time. It was that really satisfying, easy to scrape snow/ice combo on the car. How about you?

So, I know I said I wouldn't complain when I was up Sunday and Monday, and I'm NOT complaining. Just noting. I was up to 188.2 this morning! Jeeeeez! I did NOT eat badly yesterday, and I had all my water (just not a lot extra). I was 185 on Saturday. Obviously, this is water weight. I knew I was dehydrated Saturday, and yesterday, I did what I could do. I don't weigh in til Thursday, so it's fine. I feel fine, and my new size 12 pants look fine, so. *shrug* I MIGHT do a Takeoff sometime soon, maybe before the weekend. Not sure what my weekend plans are, though. I'll have to see.
Anyhoo. That's me. Probably doing spinning class tonight. Probably eating chicken and whole wheat pasta for dinner. Exciting.

Weird. I posted a reply an hour ago and it's still not showing up. BOO!
188.2 today. Knew I'd be up post-party. I got all my water in yesterday, but not enough to flush what I didn't drink Saturday. So, I said I wouldn't whine, and I'm not! I'm sure it'll be gone soon. The good news is that my new size 12 dress pants are looking good.
Spinning tonight. Maybe more running too. Eating clean today. Not much more I can do!
Bought the 8-minutes workout book, will start trying that in the morning.
Menu:
B: egg whites, ww pita
sn: nectarine
L: salad w/ chicken, ww pita, yogurt, orange
D: chicken, whole wheat pasta, broccoli, grapes, yogurt or string cheese
workout: spinning and 30+ min of something else.

Jess you are too funny. Ever think of not weighing yourself everyday?
I don't know... I generally do so that I stay on my straight and narrow but the past couple I haven't..... well last night I did but that was just plain stupid. After eating and drinking all day and night.... ha!
Anyway, you are doing great. I didn't know NY&Co does a AAA discount. When I fit into their clothes I will be sure to go there. I love the style of them.
