Wednesday is my usual night at the Y!!!! I will do 30-40 minutes cardio and then weights. I've decided this morning to really push myself on my weight routine tonight!!!!

Just came back from doing 85 minutes and burned

1100 calories. So far so good....

Still no change on the scale though which is

kind of discouraging.

Today is walking -- hopefully 40 minutes with interval inclines. Then, lifting for legs and stomach crunches -- Wooh!

Well, Wednesdays are my least active day. During my lunch break, I'll do my squats while in the tanning booth. After work I go and volunteer at the animal shelter taking care of the cats. By the time I get home, take a shower, make dinner, It's too late for anything but going to bed!

That is such a nice way to spend your day. I say missing exercise to volunteer is OK.

I'm going to do "Tough Tape 2" today (The Firm). Maybe some WATP if I can fit it in.
