Be as personal as you want!
1) I want to feel comfortable in my own skin
2) I want to be completely healthy.
3) I want to look better.
4) I want to be able to wear whatever I want when I want.
5) I want to have control over my eating patterns.
6) I want to be more active.
7) I want to be able to play soccer, or some other sport with my kids
when I have them.
8) I want to feel better.
9) I want to wear sexy lingerie for my husband (was that too personal? LOL!)
10) I want to lose before I decide to have children because I want to know
what it is like to be skinny before pregnancy.
