I went to Weight Watchers today, and the representative told me that I can't lose more than a couple more pounds and then I'm done. I'm really angry, because I don't want to lose only two more pounds. I want to continue losing more because I look good now, but I'd look great if I lost even more weight.
I'm also just so hungry sometimes, and it makes me really cranky and irritable. I've been snapping at everyone lately, and I'm tired of people telling me that I don't need to be in Weight Watchers. I just want everyone to let me lose the weight I want to lose and leave me alone. Sometimes I feel like everyone is just jealous.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Or does anyone have any advice for me on how I can feel better and stop being so angry at people who tell me that I don't need to lose weight?

I'm sorry that you're not getting the treatment and encouragement that you think you should be getting at WW.
please check out http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Pinkstar,
I'm sorry that you are going through this. While jealousy could be a problem, it doesn't have to stop you from meeting your fitness goals. Perhaps you need not be in these meetings anymore. Could you follow the WW diet on your own, or do you feel you need the support from the group?
I'm 5'4", and I used to catch a lot of flack because I weighed 110 lbs. I was far from being too skinny and the only way anyone could tell I weighed so little was if I got on a scale. I was supposed to be 115 - 120 according to the charts, but my bones were are very light. I could have easily lied to people and told them I weighed 120 lbs. Other people who were my height wearing a size 7, weighed 120 lbs, so it would have been believable. Everyone tells me I'm honest to a fault.
Do you have friends you can talk to who are not jealous? Anyone in the same boat as you? If not, you'll find plenty of support here! :)
Hi & Welcome to the board.
I'm sorry your experience at WW wasn't what
This is how I did mine.
I counted calories, had around 1200 a day, I counted fat grams, kept this down to 30 grams a day or less. I ate 6 times a day. Average every 3 hours. Average food between the full meal was a fresh fruit, a cup of low fat diet jello, or yogurt, also fat free and low cal.
After a while on this you feel full most of the day, and you lose about 2 pounds a week. Also, I started walking on my gazzell walker, I keep it in the living room where I can visit with the family while walking.
I know 2 pounds a week doesn't sound like much but... I also just turned 50, When you get that age, everything slows down and it takes more to get the weight going down again.Where I used to say if I didn't lose more than 2 pounds a week it was not worth it, well now if I lose 2 pounds a week, I am thrilled. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I had a dip in my waist, something that I had lost years ago.
You can do it, Just don't give up.
Also, I have a web page I would like you to all look at, it is http://buyer-beware.tripod.com/
Thanks for your time. Good luck and hang in there...
