We could do another sticker challenge only use different goals as everyone seemed to like the earning stickers and seeing their progress throught out the month (if Gayles willing),
We all know that eating healthy as well as water and exercise are a must for losing weight but was could also do things like,
- drink a 8oz glass of water before each meal.
- Leave some leftovers on our plates(but we can only take as much as we normally would no taking extra just to be able to leave some lol).
- Putting our forks down between bites.
- Doing extra daily exercise (on top of our normal exercises) like 10 situps a day or 10 squats ect...
- Eating atleast 2 cups of veggies a day (even if we don't like veggies they are an important part of losing weight and being healthy).
- Taking time out everyday just for you or doing something everyday just to make yourself happy.
- Finding something each day that made us smile
ect,ect,ect ..........
Just some ideas if anyone has more or better ones please feel free to post as everyone is willing to do another challenge but no one is really sure what it will be so Please post your ideas !

Omg Undone2004.............are you crazy?.....LOL No really, any physical I do, will be walking, thats the ONLY thing I can make myself do, and even thats a struggle.........LOL.......if this were an Exercise board then That 100 push up thing would work, but the losing weight , well, whole different story here..........heehee.........(all said in good spirit dont get me wrong......Im laughing as I type)
So, lets just do it
Each of us will have a goal a day.........whatever, same one each day......no sweets, make sure to exercise, or something different each day...........take time for yourself, whatever, and I will post on the website the results per day..........
sound like a plan?..........I am going to set it up on the site in a few, so check back later to see what I came up with........lol

Just be warned, tomorrow I am really busy, and will not be staying at home overnight, so I will update All on thursday evening
