Today I did ok...I walked 4 miles...ate fairly healthy...although I didn't drink as much water as I wanted..only had about 50 oz.

Exercise - 10 minutes on stair stepper and 30 minutes free weights
Diet - stayed on track
Water - more than 64 ounces
