Hello hun,

Do you want to post on here or through email? Whichever will be easier for you is fine with me. Ready to keep me in line this week...LOL?

This morning I have done day 1 of 5Day abs from the Firm and a 1 mile WATP for exercise. Then I'll finish tackling the laundry that needs folded and put away, the dishes that need washed and hopefully finish the cleaning the living room before work:).

Hey,

I check here often enough that I think it would be all right if we just posted on here. More people to report to and help motivate us to get in shape, I suppose ;)

I have not done one bit of exercise yet, but I usually don't until the afternoon anyways. Plus, I don't really feel like failing the first day of the new challenge anyways...I'll be back to post more later.

Anyways, looks like you got a lot done really early in the morning. Looks like you are off to a GREAT start.

Well for today, I used my lateral thigh trainer for 10 minutes. I walked/jogged for 50 minutes for a total of 2.81 miles. That's my day in exercise....

Melissa~

Great workout yesterday..:) I could never jog/run. Even when I was in shape before smoking, I always became short of breath after a few minutes and felt like my lungs were going to burst!

I drug my feet this morning, ate breakfast, drank a cup of coffee, had my smoke...I have got to quit these things...guess I'm afraid of the gain when I quit. The last time I gained 20 pounds, and I never should have picked them up again. Bad habbits are hard to break. Anyhow..lol I finally got around to kicking my daughter off the tv, shutting off cartoons, and putting in my workouts.

This morning I did day 2 of 5day abs from the FIRM and the 2 mile WATP Express. :)Workouts done, now...looking around the house, I have more laundry to do, dishes to do...vacuuming to do, and I need to get that kitchen floor scrubbed. So I'll get a nice arm workout scrubbing on my hands and knees! Then there is Brittani's bedroom, the room from hades that needs to be exterminated.. I mean cleaned. She decided to empty every toy box she had and hasn't picked it up yet. I had half a mind to catch the garbage truck this morning and back it to the window and just pitch. BUT...I didn't.:)

Have a wonderful day!

Good morning :)

Sorry I'm a little behind with posting. My little brother sometimes gets on our computer for hours at a time and last night, I was just too tired to convince him to give me a turn.

I did get in a good workout yesterday though. I walked/jogged for 3 miles in 54 minutes. I never really run either in my workouts. I just can't handle it. I think I'm getting better at jogging though in my 3 weeks or so of working out. I don't have to take breaks in between my workout when I run anymore. Of course, right now, I'm running at a set speed everyday, where I start at 2.5 mph and generally increase to 4 mph for set intervals. So the time everyday is about the same...Next week I'm going to try something new though.

Yesterday, I also lifted weights for 5 minutes and did 3 1-minute squats. I was hoping to get 5 of those in, but my thighs hurt so bad I thought I was going to fall over. So maybe I'll try a few more today, but I guess we'll see huh?

I really can't see any changing results on my body, except I can see some definition in my arms now when I flex, which is a really great feeling because I doubt I've ever had that before. I'm hoping the whole body transformation will show itself soon :) Maybe I'm just losing the weight in places I didn't realize I was storing extra fat...Who knows?

Anyways, keep on doing the workouts. Sounds like you get in quite a lot in a day, especially considering how many errands and things around the house you throw in as well :) You must be one busy girl. Keep it up :)

LOL tis okay, I remember what it was like to have to share a pc..not fun:). My "office" contains 3 of them...2 built by bro in law and one new one bought by bro in law. It's almost time to upgrade the second one and give Brittani the one we replace. Hubby, and I both like to use the new one..:)

Sounds like you had a great workout yesterday. Yes weights and me, I love them, they hate my body:) lol. I always feel sore after using them. But I love to. I need to unburry my weight bench and hit it again! :)

Well, I sound busy, but...if I would not get into slumps and let things slide it wouldn't take me so long to clean up this place. I am always on the go runing errands and groceries, paying bills, etc. because my work schedule varies so that I can get them done in the morning or afternoon and hubby works from 7 am to 7 pm sometimes longer so.. he doesn't have the time, except on his day off. Besides he expects it done by me...so..:) In August Britt and I both will be going back to school, then it really gets hetic..:) but I seem to loose the most weight when I'm too busy to think:).

I just got home a little bit ago, talking to his mom via computer in the Netherlands. She cracks me up, drives me insane, but is a lovely woman. LOL typical mom in law:). I have chores I need to finish...hopefully will get them done before hubby comes in:). Still have to make his desert for his birthday. And yes, I'll probably indulge in a piece of chocolate pudding pie. ;) There goes all my hard work for today:) hehehe.

will let you go for now.

Hey there buddy :)

You know...come to think of it--I may be posting at night more often than not. So, do not be too alarmed if it seems I have completely missed a day. I WILL post, even if I have done absolutely nothing for the day.

Just a random question, but who is Brittani? Hehe, sorry I'm not really following...

Yes, today was not a very good food day. It was going all right until I just HAD to have myself some cheesecake...It was so worth it though. Then I went to watch Phantom of the Opera at a friend's house --what an amazing movie, might I add---and I had a
Cherry Coke and some popcorn...Eesh...Got to watch it on the food. That's definitely going to be my downfall if I let it. So how was the pie ;) Hehe..

Well, today I walked/jogged 3.16 miles and lifted weights for 5 minutes. My goal for everyday is to get in at least an hour of exercise of some sort. I'm really in the habit of walking/running now, so that's what I start off doing everyday and then just take the rest from there.

Well maybe you just sound really busy compared to me and my schedule. I have no job as of now so I really have a lot of free time. I am looking around for one, so I can start paying off some of my loan for school but nobody is really hiring around this small town...Looks like my only real things to accomplish this summer is read some books and cross them off the list, get an awesome tan, and look much better in my clothes. I should be able to accomplish them all with all my free time, but I'm still a little skeptical about this weight loss thing...Seeing is believing, I suppose. Only time will tell...

Anyways, hopefully I will be hearing from you soon.

Hi Mel~

Oh so sorry, Brittani is my 7 year old daughter.:)

The pie was wonderful...:) Although I over did and had two small pieces. :)

Enjoy the free time, I don't have enough some days...really miss the ME time:). I'm sure you will loose the weight, and see the results you are wanting...it just takes time. So far this is my 3rd year...if I wouldn't of stopped and started, stopped and started I would have gotten to where I want sooner. I'm down...37.2 pounds and from an 18/20 to a 10/12. I can wear an 8 depending on style of pants. Would love to get down to my 5's again!! But, I don't see that happening soon, maybe next year!:) I'm wanting to be 120-125, so I have 13 to 18 pounds to loose yet.

This morning I did day 4 of 5 day abs from the Firm and a 2 Mile WATP Express video. Monday I'm kicking up my workout routine with Billy Blanks BootCamp. And following that routine, days off I will do a light workout, like a walk or weights.

Hope your day is a good one!

Hey you!

Sorry, I guess I'm making up for lost time...trying to keep all these posts straight and such.

For Friday, I walked/jogged 3.05 miles and used the lateral thigh trainer for 10 minutes.
Today, Saturday, I walked/jogged 2.75 miles, which is all I'm really planning on doing today. It's nice to hear you still hit it hard on the weekends, even though it should be a slack day. I don't know about you, but I just feel guilty if I don't -- at least a little bit.

Uh oh..I think I may be headed out of town tomorrow with my family, and we usually go see a movie, eat at Applebee's and then somewhere else..I guess I should be able to treat myself like that every once in awhile, without feeling so guilty..

Anyways, hope you are having a GREAT weekend.
