Hello hun,

Do you want to post on here or through email? Whichever will be easier for you is fine with me. Ready to keep me in line this week...LOL?

This morning I have done day 1 of 5Day abs from the Firm and a 1 mile WATP for exercise. Then I'll finish tackling the laundry that needs folded and put away, the dishes that need washed and hopefully finish the cleaning the living room before work:).

Hi Mel~

I have a hard time not doing things for myself...and feeling guilty when I do. :) I understand the feeling of allowing yourself a rest day. But if you don't take one your body will in time shut down and make you:). I've found that one out the hard way.

Enjoy the movie and eating out with your family, don't feel guilty about it:)...just enjoy you can always hit the exercise on Monday:).

I may do a light workout today, and then it's rest with the family:).

Hey Nikki!

Well, I did end up having a very relaxing day. In fact, the only exercise I can really say I did was walking around in Wal-Mart.

At least now I'm feeling good about the upcoming week, and I'm hoping to hit a new low weight by the end of the week. Isn't that the goal every week ;) And I'm planning to start in with this great new arms routine I found somewhere on the internet. It really gives me something to look forward to...I've always been the type of person to complain about my weight but never really do anything about it...So, I think I'm finally headed in the right direction. Or at least trying to...

So anyways, I will probably be hearing from you tomorrow then. I'm headed to bed. Sweet dreams.

Sunday~ I ended up doing Day 1 of 5day abs and then out the door with the family. LOL must have been a "Wal-mart" day. That is where we went, ended up getting a fish tank and then to Sams for household items in bulk. And then about 10 pm we were back at Wal-mart buying a game that his brother paid for. :)

I had a jewelry party Sunday evening...I didn't buy any thing but had Way too much fun, sat and talked for 3 hours with the girls there that I knew. :)

Monday~ have Billy Blanks Basic BootCamp calling my name. So I'll be tackling that workout this morning ;).

Hope your day goes well!

HEY :)

I don't know if we have new official buddies yet, but I still have to report in from monday's workout...

I walked/jogged 3 miles and lifted weights for 5 minutes. I also did two new arm exercises.

How did the Bootcamp session go for you yesterday? Sounds like a lot of fun...

Anyways, take care...

Nikki,

That bootcamp sure sounds like a lot of fun. It makes me feel good to have sore muscles--let's me know I'm doing something right.

Thanks for being such a good buddy. Sorry I couldn't always post at a decent hour, but I tried my best. Keep up the good work :)
