Hi Coli!

Looks like we're teamed up for this week! I've been doing, well, not too bad but could be doing a lot better.

Here's my personal challenge for the week:

(1) No eating after 7:00 pm.
(2) Daily exercise plan:
- 30 minutes of aerobic exercise
- 15 minutes of weights
(3) Work on budget to see if I can afford to return to Curves during these hot summer months when I can't get out and walk because of the heat & humidity.

You're charged with the task of kickin' my butt!!!

Hope you have a great week!

With a smile,

Sue

Well, I did really good through the day yesterday: went to Curves and did the circuit, stayed within my points and drank lots of water, and did not eat anything after 7:00 pm ... until 2:00 this morning when I woke up with the munchies and ate everything I could put my hands on!

I get so ticked at myself when I do so well then blow it! I just need to stop buying any kind of treats until I learn how to curb my compulsive eating.

But, today is another day, right? Tomorrow is weigh-in and I'm worried that I will backslide.

Hope you have a good day!

As suspected, I'm down 1.4 pounds from yesterday. water retention is just like that. We've got meals planned out for the rest of the week so I should have a nice downward trend :) that 240 mini-goal before vacation should be a cinch!!! I got a great Curves workout yesterday and then a nice 30 minute walk on the treadmill. Tonight is just cardio, so probably 25-30 minutes on the elliptical and then 20-30 minutes on the treadmill.
