55 minutes of workout for me today. 30 minutes at Curves and 25 minutes on the treadmill after. Feeling good!

I was on the treadmill for 55 minutes yesterday. I don't really know if I'll get in much of anything for exercise today because my great aunt and her son are visiting..

*******UPDATE*************

Now, we have 986 minutes left to finish up with. This one might be a bit of a stretch, but I think we can get a lot lot closer if we really try hard. Let's try hard for this one. Good luck everyone.

I got in 65 mins of exercise last night. 50 min aerobic workout and 15 minutes of 6 different ab exercises 3 sets of each exercise. :o)
