If you want to count it you can put me in for about 90 min I have been packing and moving boxes (up and down stairs)for the last hour and a half as I'm moving everything I don't use very often now so there wont be as much later when the move is final.
I will also post my workout for the day later ;O).

I got 30 minutes at Curves and made it thru 35 minutes on the treadmill, 65 minutes total :) :) :)

I got in 70 minutes of exercise for Thursday :o) 50 min aerobic workout and 15 minutes of ab exercises! And 5 minutes of stretching, cool down. My stomach is soooooooooooooooooooo sore!!! But that's a good thing!
