Hi!
So far I've done 25 minutes of "air-bike" and 5 minutes of shadow boxing with sit-ups.

So 30 minutes to add today!

i only did 10 min. of crunches and weights yesturday, better than nothing i guess.

Tuesday, I made it to Curves for 30 minutes and then, despite how I was feeling, I made 30 minutes on the treadmill after. After it was all over, I did feel better!

Today I was pretty good. I jogged for 21 mintues, 60 mintue walk, and then 15 mintues of abs legs work out.
