I didn't get anything of value in Thursday. DH had to stay at work late and was wiped-out so we went out to dinner and then home.

I finally got myself in gear and did 60 minutes Friday on the treadmill/thigh trainer.

I got nothing on Friday but today I worked at Curves and got in my 30 minute workout right away and I'll count 45 minutes for bouncing around and whatnot over the next 5.5 hours.

i did pretty crappy this weekend. i only did the treadmill once for 30 min. and i'll count another 30 for swimming in the pool this weekend.
