I'm in with 2.5 hours for Friday (150 min) and 1.5 hours for Saturday (90 min)for a total of 240 min.

I'm in with about 3 hours(180 min) for Sunday I was putting in insulation Arrgg for 7 hours on Sunday but I'm only counting the time I would have spent going up and down the ladder. Man I better see a drop in the scale next week after all the work I have done this past week/weekend. I guess I wont know till next Sunday.

Counts for Sat, Sun & MOnday
Sat = 120 min (gym 60 & cutting trees & raking in 100+ weather for over an hour)
