I have set a new goal. I told my husband, parents & in laws that I wanted to loose 25-30 pounds before Christmas and if I did I wanted them to all give me money or gift cards for a new wardrobe!!!! Do you guys think it is possible for me to loose that much in that amount of time and keep it off? I really want to do this guys! And I also really need some exercising tips to do outside of the gym...I don't have a membership.

I read your other posts congratulations!!! 10 lbs is a huge leap I lost my first 10 without really knowing it either, I mean I knew i was watching my diet closely and exercising but I didn't realize how much it was at once. I totally think you can do it. I told my dh too that I already want to go buy new clothes and I am still 41 lbs from my goal but I just feel like I could actually wear some decent things... So I am going to hold off buy a few nice things at christmas and then when I meet my goal buy new clothes (dh told me years ago if I lost the weight I could get a whole new wardrobe!! I hope that promise is still good lol) 25 - 30 is a lot to do in the next 5 months but definatly not out of reach if you lost 5 lbs a month you would make your goal, I have lost 19 so far and that took 9 weeks. So it is definatly do able and I think you can make it! I dont' go to the gym either, costs way too much and I hate it. right now while the weather is still nice i bike about 10-11 miles per day 5 days a week. It is really the only kind of exercise I can stand, so find something you like and build up to a 20-30 minutes per day level. good job!!
