Hi Everyone, I have a question: In addition to Tae Bo, I am going to start walking on the treadmill. If I use an incline, will my thighs bulk up??? I am so terrified of bulking up; I just want toned, slender legs. Do you think doing Tae Bo and walking on the treadmill will help me with this?

I don't have a treadmill, but I would think that doing that with taebo isn't going to bulk you up.
