Hey girls,
Anyone here used a health calculator on the net to determine how many calories they should eat in a day based on their height, weight, age and activity? I was just wondering what kind of results you guys got. It seemed to me that they were telling me to eat a lot more calories than I thought I should eat. I don't know what's accurate. I tried five different calculators and they all gave me similar numbers.
(I do know that the estimate is based on maintaining your weight and that you have to subtract five hundred a day to lose a pound a week)

The only program or calculator I use is the free version of Fitday.com personally I think its a good program as for any other calculators I'm sorry I can't be of any help.
