Arg!! What the heck am i doing wrong!! This is frustrating for me in that the first chunk of weight(19lbs) came off relativly easily(gave up junk food and started biking)NOW I have not budged the stupid scale in 3 weeks. The first week I was ok with it, I had eaten out that week and had a drink with lunch, The second week I did well but only got in 4 rides, the third(last week) I was worried and worked extra hard biked 6 times ate well and crap NOTHING!!!!! I am at a loss. So today I biked for 55 mintues instead of 40 and am going to continue that through the week but I am just frustrated I really felt like I had lost something, and I nearly cried when I looked down at the same number. I knew this would happen but I thought after a couple of weeks at the same place I would move it a little bit. thanks for listening just had to get that out!!

Do you notice that your clothes are fitting looser? With all the biking, it's highly possible that you're burning fat and building muscle which weighs more than the fat. So the scale might not move but you're probably losing inches.

ARRRR! The dreaded plateau! Just keep up with the hard work and the scale will move again. Sometimes if you eat a little more (good foods), or work out less often but harder work outs or work out more often and less strenuous work outs this may help move the scale a little quicker. Just switching things up a bit ya know? This always helped me.
Awesome job on losing the 19 pounds by the way!!!
