Another day to get it right


Please advise


How many ounces of water you drank


How many minutes you exercised


and did you stay on Your eating plan?


I have all of the above and MORE on my To do list..........lol I figure if I tell myself enough times I will do my exercise and clean house too!!


I will report back later on how it Actually went........lol

Heres the how it actually went report


It went so/so........I stayed on my eating plan, and drank all my water (64oz)


BUT I sorta caught up on sleep instead of cleaning or working out


Gotta learn to do All of it, not just parts..........sheesh

Ate REALLY well :) worked out for 40 minutes and drank 56 oz of water :)


Tonight, thursday, is our first week of bowling for the year and the local Ruth's Chris restaurants are wrapping up their 3-night hurricane benefit so we're headed there for happy hour before bowling. happy hour there is nicely priced, dinner in the dining room would not be so reasonable ;) but 20% of sales goes directly to Red Cross so it's a good excuse for us to go out :)
