Nutritional information

To make a long question short, does anybody know of a computer program or website that will allow you to create or edit a recipe and then give you the nutritional information for that recipe?
Hi everyone! Now that I stated my question, I will go into detail...I'm new to iVillage but I already have a question. (Isn't that how must of us get started on these forums, we're looking for answers...) So anyways, I just started "dieting" 4 days ago and I'm using the old fashioned counting method. Counting calories, fat and glasses of water. My goal(s): 20 lbs would work, 30 lbs would be better, 40 lbs would be great and 50 lbs would get me to a "healthy" weight according to all the "expert charts". I am currently using fitday.com to track my daily progress and it's been great. It has a fairly good list of foods to choose from and you can add or customize foods, which is very helpful. However, I am looking for a way to add/create/customize an entire recipe and poportion it out accordingly for nutritional information. A long time ago I bought a computer program cookbook and it was GREAT, but I have since gotten a new computer and don't know where that program went (I think my daughter threw it away or broke it or something). It had a ton of different recipes and foods, including name brand items (regular, diet and lite), and you could easily create, edit and organize recipes and it would give you the nutritional information for the recipes and the foods. You could create or edit a recipe by adding (or substituting) ingredients from their list (or customize your own ingredient) and then you could portion it out and it would automatically figure your nutritional information. For example, last night I threw together some stuff to make Chicken Spanish Rice ala Tammy (me!). I used 4 servings quick-cook brown rice (way too much, next time I'll cut back to 2 or 3), 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1/2 white onion, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic salt, olive oil cooking spray and 1 huge and 1 small chicken boneless-skinless breast (figuring it was about 3 servings chicken breast) and water. And when I was done, I ate about 1/4 of it. So to figure out the nutritional information I have to either add everything together and divide by # of servings or figure 1/4 of each ingredient's information. What a pain. I went to the store today and bought a program with ONE MILLION RECIPES "includes nutritional information" it says on the back! Doesn't even come close to what I'm looking for, you can add recipes, but it won't give you the nutritional information for that recipe. It doesn't even give the nutritional information for those ONE MILLION RECIPES! What a bummer :(
