Weekend Challenge Report

Heres where we can report for our
SATURDAY and SUNDAY
I already have Terri's report of 60 minute workout for Saturday
and I too worked out for about 1 hour, but drank no water, and ate too much.....I always do when at my moms, she has too much to choose from, so I eat it ALL.........lol
Now its Sunday, and I am drinking water as I type, and will eat properly, so the only thing I need to UP is exercise.......so far I exercised for 15 minutes
so, how did you do

Ugg!
Yeah, the weekend was interesting to say the least. I didn't get nearly enough water and ate quite a bit, most of it out. I didn't do what I told myself I was going to do even....eat half, bring half home (well, I did at one place because I was STUFFED after half) but I should be able to get into that habit while I'm around my mom, who's been doing it for about a month now and she's my motivation :) AND I know they go out almost every night, so it should allow me to get into the habit and thus eat less and not gain 100 pounds while I'm on a 10 day vacation! LOL
I did pretty good. I think I've already reported for Friday & Saturday.
Sunday:
Water: 80oz !!!!!
Exercise: does moving from the bed to the couch to the computer count? LOL so in other words NO (still blaming it on my knee, I did try the gazelle thing in the basement just to test out my knee, but it was uncomfortable so I stopped)
Food: good, ate good foods except for 2 tootsie roll midgets - only about 96 left in the bag, so if I can pace myself they should last me for a couple months :P
