Tuesday Sept 13 Challenge Report

Tuesdays reporting is DUE........lol
How did you do?
Did you drink 64 ounces of water, or More!?
Did you exercise? for how long?
Did you eat well? did you stick with Your plan?

Water: 84 oz (by the time I go to bed I should finish off this bottle...)
Exercise: Still have the knee thing going on, but can we count 20 minutes aerobic activity...from last night ;)
Diet: good, had fish for supper so I just had to add 1 tbl butter, but I skipped the baked potato and had extra carrots.
For Tuesday...
Water - 80 (feel like a fish)
Excercise - 45 min (30 aerobics in AM, 15 on elliptical mach)
Diet - still within calorie limit, even with ice cream at night - so YES! :)
