Did you exercise? for how long?

Water: 84 oz (by the time I go to bed I should finish off this bottle...)
Exercise: Still have the knee thing going on, but can we count 20 minutes aerobic activity...from last night ;)
Diet: good, had fish for supper so I just had to add 1 tbl butter, but I skipped the baked potato and had extra carrots.

Hi ladies!
For Tuesday...
Water - 80 (feel like a fish)
Excercise - 45 min (30 aerobics in AM, 15 on elliptical mach)
Diet - still within calorie limit, even with ice cream at night - so YES! :)

I got in over 64oz of water., I did 1 mile walk, because the baby woke up so I couldn't finish my tape.

I thought I posted but aparently I didn't. eating was REALLY good. water, not so much, exercise was not there either. unless you count getting all dressed up for interviews, as I had two. Or fretting over which of the two offers for jobs I had. I declined one and accepted the other and I start on October 3rd, after I get back from my trip :) So now that's off my back and today's plan (wednesday) is to go shopping for an outfit for the party my parents are throwing for us (their friend who didn't come to the wedding) and get to my Curves to a) get in a much needed workout and b) get a travel pass for my trip! Mom's got a treadmill which I plan on using daily and I'll go to Curves at least 3 times a week while I'm gone (something I haven't been doing while home!)
