water: 72 oz
exercise: 2 hours lite shopping, count it as 1/2 hour
food: on plan, I stayed within my limits, but it wasn't very good. I had dumplings with cucumbers and cream for supper and french toast for breakfast, so I just limited what I ate and tried to balance things out for the day.

Hope everyone had a good weekend :)

Sorry to disappear for a few days - we went camping this past weekend. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were a YES for excercise (we went hiking/backpacking), and a big NO for food and water. Plenty of s'mores, hot dogs, and beer. :( Weighed in today and am up 1.5 lbs from last Monday, but that's to be expected, I suppose. Back on the bandwagon today though...

Hi

Exercise went well and so did my eating after 4 days of falling off the bandwagon. Did a semi-detox Phili style. Ate lots of fruit and salad, drank plenty of water plus grapefruit juice, which I think helps with weight loss. I managed to run 11.5km which is about 7.2 miles which was great. Taking part in a 10km fun run this Saturday which I am looking forward to. This is the final week of my total body makeover program, will have to rethink about what I do from now on as far as exercise is concerned.

Phili

PS not weighing in this week, do not wanted to be demotivated by a possible gain. I know it is cowardly but just not feeling the scale right now.
