Slim4life?

Anyone here tried or know someone that has done Slim4life? I'm about on my last straw here and don't want to spend the money on it if it's not worth it. I did South Beach and lost 18 pounds but now I'm stalled and have been for 6 months and I go to the gym 5 times a week and work my butt off. It's either slim4life or have my doctor put me on a pill which I don't want to do unless I have to. I have 80 more pounds to lose.
TIA

Thanks for replying Monica. I believe Slim4life is 7-10 a week but you have to pay upfront for it. I tried Weight Watchers for 4 months and lost the same 5 pounds over and over again. I tried starting over on South Beach to no avail. I have an appointmnet with my doctor in a few weeks to have everything tested on me again. I change my routine at the gym. I have the trainer keeping track of me there. I'm just so tired of fightin it you know? I'm still doing the South Beach and think maybe I should just be happy that I'm not gaining that weight back.

Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand what it is, is it like a ww program?10 bucks a week is not much to try it out for a couple of weeks and see if it's a good fit for your life style, I haven't been at this long but I did hit a plateau and the two things that helped me to move along were One meal bars for bfast, Helps me cut back on all those toast and cereal carbs and is just enough to get my body going, plus the slimfast ones actaully taste good. The other was upping my exercise, I bike. I was doing about 40 minutes a day before my plateau and now I do 55 mintues a day. It took 3 weeks to get over it but the scale is moving again. I would talk to your dr and your trainer and see if they have any other thoughts
