Lets just use this one last thread for the last days of this challenge, I just cant seem to get online at normal times this week.......lol Well, normal for me

Friday Sept 23

Here is my update.
Fri- Exercise
Friday:
Water: 96oz
Food: on track
Exercise: not really, light shopping/laundry/making the bed/cleaning
Saturday
Water: 88oz
Food: on track
Exercise: Hang on to your hats! GAZELLE 15 MINUTES!! WOOOOOHOOOO look at me go
Sunday
Water: 80oz
Food: on track, little high on cals and fat, but still under my limits
Exercise: got in my car and drove out to work (we have a small gym in the basement) but somebody else was there so I just kept driving :( so no for Sunday.
Monday
Water: 80oz
Food: good
Exercise: no (packed a bag for work, but the guys stayed and played racquetball so I didn't stay, big fat chicken!)
Well, that's it for the challenge. Thanks so much for keeping track of this stuff for us and thanks to everyone for the commaradory (Spelling?)
