I took a 2 weeks break from all of this (calories, food, counting..). I was feeling guilty everytime I ate a slice of bread so I thought I'd be better to cut myself some slack. :)
But I am back and feeling ready to start again! I've already started to exercise daily, I just need to change my eating habits. It does seem kind of hard because lately I only felt like eating pasta and bread, but I've done harder than that!

I realised I need to eat more calories than I used to. I was barely eating 1200 cals, but almost all in carbs. Now I'm aiming at 1400 and more proteins. Someone wrote here that if they ate too little calories they werent losing weight, and maybe that's why I wasnt either.
I also need to quit trying to train too much. Otherwise I see the exercises like a chores instead of an activity.

So my "stats" for now are 170/153/145.
Yeah..I gained 3 pounds. Big deal! :)

Im like you, I still see exercise as a chore, it wasnt for awhile there, and I actually looked forward to it, so I know it can be done........lol


I too have an issue with carbs, as in breads, I dont know what it is about bread but I always just gotta have it!


And youre right 3 pounds no problem, you can rid yourself of those in No time, plus more!
