Chirstmas I guess, but I would rather analyze/argue with the whole thing. I want an explanation for each question, I want to clarify my answers, I want to write in my own answers. Hmmmm what do you suppose that means? Mother's day! LOL or maybe they should create a special holiday just for me! Tammy Day! LOL

I agree. I thought I answered mostly Thanksgiving-centric questions and ended up being told I was 4th of July, which is probably one of my least favorite "holidays" LOL Turkey day is it :) And some of the questions, I just didn't like ANY of the answers.

What does liking to play house when you were a kid have to do with 4th of July?

And you just let me know when you want to schedule your Tammy Day and I'll be sure to find an e-card to send out :) I'm all for personal holidays! (formerly known as mental holidays AKA calling in sick when you're simply sick of work, done it once and it was the BEST thing I could have done!)

Have a GREAT workout!

What do you mean you've only done it once? Is this your first month in the working world? LOL. I've had a "few" of those days in my 20 years of employment. Sick (of work) days, I mean. I don't run around or have fun or anything, just veg-out on the couch in sweats and watch daytime TV. Just kind of a refreshing break. I don't do it very often, especially not now that I'm older and I actually do get sick (not hung-over) and have to use my sick days. So, I'll think about this whole Tammy Day thing and get back to you. Get your e-cards ready! LOL

LOL, Well, I've been lucky in the 8.5 years since I left the school world, I've had fairly good jobs that don't give me too much stress, OR they've allowed me to "relax" while at work ;) I mean, I HATED the first job I had out here but I spent 2 full years there. Last job was nasty for the last 18 months, but I knew the layoff was coming for the last 10 months, and there was LOTS of relaxation time including "free reign" during the last 3 or so months.....so if I didn't feel like working, well, I didn't :) long lunches, setting up appointments in and out of the office all day....it's how I got my new job before leaving the old one....actually, 5 of the 7 employees on my team had jobs before D-day.

Believe me, I was always WELL aware of what days were best to be sick on, and unfortunately, with the deadlines and busy times, there were days I couldn't take off even if I was quite ill. Read: no one else knew how to do my job because no one was interested in LEARNING how to do my tasks despite encouragement otherwise....builds skills and adds to the resume!
