Hi there. I followed a link to this board. Looking for some new boards to frequent.
I've been on WW since January and I've lost 45 lbs. I'm at a plateau right now I think....not eating as well and definitely not exercising. Luckily I haven't gained any weight yet. But my motivation has gone out the window.
Hope to meet and make some new friends here.















You should be so proud of yourself! I have been on and off of WW for a few years now. It's the only diet that has ever worked for me... well, when I stay on it :-)
If you've stopped losing I suggest exercise. Just 45 minutes to an hour of cardio a few times a week should jumpstart your weight loss again. Keep us informed of your progress and good luck!
