I'm hoping that by about halfway thru the challenge, I'll be ready to add back in tuesday and weekend workouts to my M-W-F Curves workouts (I've been out of the habit and know that adding it all back in at once doesn't work for me...I get burned out and end up not making a habit of ANY of it! so Curves now, walking at the gym on the other days later :)
Getting back to the eating which is really simple for me, just don't buy the crap! LOL So far, I've avoided the yummy-looking pastries at the cafe at work....and as long as I have something at home to bring, I can avoid spending cash on the sammiches and soups which are very good :) not super cheap, but very filling.
Yup, looking foward to the challenge.
