Wow, this is a good one for me. I've never really pin-pointed what I don't like about exercising, just always have an excuse not to do it. Huh, something to ponder....My greatest excuse is that I don't have privacy to do it without anybody being around. But I think the real reason is just that I'm lazy. When I do exercise I feel good about it. It gives me that "healthy" feeling, and it encourages me to eat better and really pay attention to my health. I feel like hot sh*t, after I exercise. Like "Yeah, you know it! I'm the bomb! I'm too sexy for my Gazelle! too sexy for my yogurt! I'm too sexy!" So you'd think I'd want to do it more often then huh?
I love the feeling I get during and after. I actually LIKE working up a sweat and feeling my muscles beg for mercy :)
What I don't like is not having the time I want to actually get as much exercise as I would like to get. So I wish I had about 2 more hours a day so I could actually do EVERYTHING I'd like to, but alas....day's don't get longer because I want them to, so Curves on M-W-F, I'll start walking on Tuesdays and then the weekend days (easier to deal with longer workouts on the weekend days, usually) and with bowling on Thursday, i'm all booked up.
what do i like... i think like most i love the "healthy" feeling it gives me. a fews hours after i feel really great!
what i dislike....(the list is a little longer) i hate feeling sweaty and sticky.i can never find the right time of day. morning is out of the question because i have my son to watch. the afternoon when my son is napping is a great time but i hate showering in the middle of the day. i actually think thats more of an excuse than a reason. at the end of of the day is my ideal time. sometimes i look forward to it but sometimes at the end of the day i am jsut so tired. and i know if did it every night i wouldnt be so tired.its a vicious cycle!! LOL ok so i guess after all my excuses all i can really say is that feeling sweaty and sticky is my only dislike...
I can think of a LOT of things I don't like about exercising! I don't like being sweaty, and I feel bored while I am doing it. I guess it is because I am a hopelessly un-athletic person. All my hobbies are non-physical, except for playing golf. And, sad to say, I haven't been able to play since I had my baby last year...no time! Someday I will do it again, when I have four hours to spare to hit the links.
I do like the kind of--dare I say it--smug feeling I get when I do exercise. I feel like "yeah, I can eat that extra snack tonight because I EXERCISED." Whoo-hoo! Still, the coolness of that feeling still isn't usually enough motivation for me to exercise because I have so much else to do these days, with my child most of all!
Like: sweating, soreness afterwards(feel I'm doing a good job), people watching, time to myself, more energy, more muscular, feel better about myself
Dislike: finding the motivation to start, feeling like it isn't doing anything(when it's over), having on pants that aren't very stretchable despite being exercise pants, smelly people next to me
I like how it makes me feel, the sweat, the results, the boost of energy it gives me.
And I dont like taking the time for it. I have plenty of "doing-nothing-trying-to-find-something-on-TV-that-doesnt-totally-bore-me" time, but for some reason, I'd still just rather sit on my really not comfortable couch. Gee, how lazy am I?
I like that question... kind of took away my "reason" not to train.

What I like most about exercise is the way I feel about myself for accomplishing it.
