I'd definitely like to give this a try. I want to lose about 10 lbs. that I put on after I stopped training (running) but I need to start somewhere anyway! Bring on the suggestions and the motivation! :-)
YEA!!!!!! I am so in!!!! I need to lose a good 10-15....20 lbs would be better.....LOL....by when you ask??? Yeah, Christmas!!!! My husband gets to come home for 2 weeks from Basic training and then he graduates 10 days after he goes back.....I cant have him having a blob for a wife now can I??? So, yes.....DEFINITELY.....COUNT ME IN!!!!! If I have my way....once I can start exercising (after my 6 wk checkup on MOnday) again....the rest of the pregnancy weight will come off.....because all but this last 10 have pretty much come off with no work.....then I only have 20 lbs to go to get to my pre-pregnancy weight from my middle child....and then 20 more to my goal weight.....BLECH!!!! Oh well.....I am just worrying about 10 lbs at a time....its not so daunting that way.... Why do I always go on and on when I post?!?!?! GAH! Sorry ladies!
