well, it's usually REALLY hard to follow...hence the name being a Challenge. LOL just kiddin!
someone will post a thread everyday or for the weekend asking for updates on everyones progress. You post in it for accountability and that's it. At the end of the 4th week, we'll tally up what all we've completed and call it a day....and hopefully 3 pounds!!!
wow! I can't believe that I lost 3 pounds after my first full week of diet and exersize. I kept re-weighing myself in disbelief this morning. But, the scale was consistant. Although I am excited about it... I am also a little bummed.
Because, now it is just going to get harder each week. Ok, I MUST STAY MOTIVATED!!!! I want to win this challenge.
