"3 Pound Challenge Check In for Tues"

So how did everyone do on their 1st day of the challenge?
I did OK. I did exercise I walked 2 miles, diet was ok.

I was doing really well throughout the day but then went on an eating binge at midnight, which in reality probably messed up today as well.
I did exercise at Curves yesterday so maybe that helped balance me out - yeah, right. But I'm back on track for the moment and hope to stay there.

I ate 1500 calories yesterday and drank a gallon of water.
I also worked out yesterday twice and once this morning.
So far today is on track for another 1500 calorie day.
I just packed my snack goodie bag for the car ride to Dallas.
My son Paul has a very busy/ stressful week. He has 5 doctor appointments. Dear God, Please let him remain cancer free. My little one will be having his 23rd EUA and all kinds of tests. Which is why I have to plan ahead for my stress binges. I am doing my best to stay on track and be upbeat. My little Paul has an amazing spirit!!! He does a great job keeping positive.

I'm doing well today. Woke up with the same headache I went to bed with so I didn't pack my clothes, expecting to be miserable when I got home and thinking I would just sleep. Advil helped me out and I felt much better, but alas, no workout clothes and it's really hard for me to get back out once I'm home....
I actually drank water today :) 32 ounces!!! and I ate well, so i'm confident I will make the goal, if not a little more (fingers crossed, but keep in mind, I have 80 pounds to lose, so if it comes off faster, I still have a LONG way to go!)

I didn't manage to get either of those in yesterday!
Today i am doing better, i have stayed in my calorie ranges both day and today i went to my cardio kickboxing class for 1 1/2 hrs. Thats gotta count for something!
I just have to keep on drinking the water!
I'll work on that ;)
