Did you hear...I've been working out while you were gone! Yep, me! For 2-1/2 weeks. 12 out of the last 19 days! Now pick yourself up off the floor, there's even more...I signed up for an aerobics class. So do we need to call paramedics to get your heart started again. I know it's a shock, but it's true!
So I'll be ready to ROCK this challenge, no more silver for me, it's all golden baby!

Hi I want to join as well but I dont really get it I went to the other site but still not informative. Is it just work out, eat right, and drink water or is it working out for a certain amount of time, eating a certain amount of calories, and drinking so many ounces of water, please let me know I appreciate it.
