woohoo! i did 30 minutes on the treadmill - 3 sets of 8 minutes at 5.0 and 2 minute walks in between + warm up and cool down. One day i'll be able to run a 5K i swear!

then weights for 30 minutes - shoulders, chest, and arms.

I am feeling good today!

Did 30 min of Taebo, 20 min strength training and some situps. I kind of slacked the end of this past week, so today was a day to start again, and I did. Now tomorrow I am going to focus more on my diet.

I did 20.7 miles on bike for 1:35...split it up 30mins ride, 5min rest and so on...
