I headed out for my 30 min. walk at lunch time, but found that it was sleeting. So, I made it a brisk 15. I consider freezing rain to sore throats, didn't want to stay out too long.
I hope to go to curves tonight if hubby isn't going to his pal's house.
Great job on getting in your workout. I'm going to do taebo today. I'm not sure I might be daring & do the advanced tape. I had burger king last night and I know that wasn't good plus I promised myself I need to add in some more intesity to help me get the scale moving down.
I did 10 minutes of thigh work in the tanning booth at lunch. I also checked out the local fitness center and one of the women i work with agreed to show me around and we are going to work out together! We are also going to take a class together so that's cool. Trying to get my motivation together. Tonight when i get home I'll try to do a Leslie Sansone video.
20 minutes on the treadmill, 3 minutes of that was running.
I spent 55 minutes on weights.
Then I went to the farm and forked feed for 90 minutes. I have more furniture to move yet this afternoon. After I pick up my granddaughter from the bus. Since the sun is shining, I think I will walk the 1/2 mile. I will have to jog back for the van if she missed the bus though.
