I'm joining the gym today!!!!!! I'll let ya know what I do but I'm planning on 30 min on the elliptical trainer and then 20 minutes of weights!!! I got a woman at work to go workout with me so we can motivate each other on our lunch breaks.

We may also join a Pilates class on Thursday nights!!!!

Today I will finish the bulk of spring cleaning, otherwise known as 'Grandma is coming to visit for a week'.

I may be called to work on the farm for an hour or so. Exercise in itself.

Then I have to drive into the city to pick up my mom, while my teens are bringing home friends. What a day for them to choose to invite friends to teens. Which by the way, I am one of the leaders, so I have that tonight too.

Well yesterday I was feeling really siked and did 2 workouts, now I'm feeling it today. I did advanced taebo yesterday and last night I did basic taebo. I'm going to try and do Cardio Sculpt in today, because tomorrow I have such a busy day. My SIL's baby shower is Sat afternoon and I have to help my other SIL get ready and SAT morning. I'll be driving all over picking up stuff since my SIL doesn't drive and her DH won't be home.

This whole shower has been insane. My MIL dosen't even know it's on SAT since she can't keep a secret and my SIL who is having the baby has never had a surprise in her life, were really trying to keep it a secret. It's been crazy. We might have to break down and tell MIL tonight since out of town visitors are coming and think they are staying at her house, but they aren't.

Sorry didn't mean to write a book.

Well I wimped out of Cardio Sculpt and did 2 3/4 mile Walk Aerobics.

2 miles jog/walk; 20-minutes weights; 45-minutes ellipticals. (I threw in the 2-mile jog/walk because I was really bad foodwise last night. Heh!)

I did Cardio Sculpt again today! Should have done it yesterday, but I was WAY too crampy!!
