I did a 20 minute cardio routine this morning that was on the Health network. I may get some weights in tonight but I've got a very busy schedule today!!!!
On my way to the track to jog 1 mile, and walk/jog another mile. Will also do 20 minutes of weight training with my dumbells. No ellipticals today, as I don't want to tire myself out before class.
